Sold for much more than comps in the neighborhood

Jamie Paddock really is the best realtor in Lane County! She and her team did an excellent job of helping us find a new home and sell our old house. We found exactly the home we were looking for and even sold our old house for much more than most of the comparable homes in our neighborhood. It wasn’t by magic that all of these things worked out–we looked at homes diligently for 6 months until the perfect thing finally came our way, and we listened to the recommendations Jamie had about how to fix up our old house to get the price we wanted. A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into fixing up the old house for sale but it was Jamie’s expertise and on-point recommendations that we followed to do this and it really, really paid off. When it came time to negotiating a price for our old house with buyers Jamie came through again and got us a fabulous deal. We are extremely pleased with her services and would recommend her and her team to anyone.
